What does Mauriconsult do?
Mauriconsult is a one-stop agency in Mauritius that handles business permits and licences, visa and residence applications, company formation and filings, property acquisition by foreigners, and business plans, feasibility studies and reports, so clients don’t have to deal with the administration themselves.
Who leads Mauriconsult?
Mauriconsult is led by Mr Mohammed Shaffick Hamuth, an economist and former Senior Investment Advisor and Manager at the Board of Investment of Mauritius, now the Economic Development Board. He was the first Officer-in-Charge of its Occupation Permit Unit.

Do I need to submit my application in person?
In most cases, applications in Mauritius must be submitted in person. Mauriconsult prepares the paperwork, explains the process and estimated time frame in advance, and is happy to accompany clients all the way through the submission.
